If you care about the environment, then you may know that the due date on the 60 day notice for states to cut water usage expired last week. Although there were some cuts made, it doesn’t look like it was nearly enough to stop the water reduction happening to the Colorado River. So, what will happen next? Water is vital and I think the government is going to have to step in to help make some major cuts. One of the key issues is that the state representatives didn’t want to be in charge of deciding which people would have access to water and which people would not. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many questions remain unanswered. When will the government make the water usage cuts? How sizable will the cuts be? How will the government determine who will be impacted? This is historic government action so it will be interesting to watch this continue to develop…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
